Game Doesn't Launch

Game is not launching for me. Just stuck on an infinite splash screen. I have uninstalled, reinstalled onto my C drive, everything is updated, I don't know what else to do other than get a refund. Which is a huge bummer because I was really looking forward to playing this game.

This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
