When we will finally see some new armor and weapons in the game?? Official answer please!

I want to finally hear some official answer here on the forums regarding this huge issue.
- when we will see some actuall new armors and weapons in the game? not just lazy reskins
- why there is only one new set in river raids when you claimed that there will me much new gear and loot to find?
- why there is almost more armor sets in the store for extra money then in actuall game?
- why the store armors have custom models and visuals and the new free armors are just a reskins made with no actuall effort?
- why are most of the armor sets in the game (and in the store) so out of place and fantasy looking and why there is not more historically accurate armor sets fitting the time period?
- why there is still no transmog system?
- and most importantly why did you abandon the Odyssey loot system (which wasnt perfect), which was much more better and why did you completely thrashed it instead of improving it and trying to find middle ground between both group of players, those who thought Odyssey loot was too much and those who think Valhalla system is too few?
Some answers pls, you never respond to anything here on the forums, it feels like you completely ignoring any feedback regarding this game. -
