Still can’t progress

After finishing reporting on snotinghamscire mission I can’t pledge to anywhere else been like this for 2 weeks I was hoping the patch would fix it but no luck! 100hrs and can’t finish the game so frustrating. Can’t upgrade settlement to level 6 either nothing left to upgrade done fowl farm etc more than twice.
hope no one else runs into this problem -
I've had the same problem with East Anglia for 2 and a half months now! Completely stuck. I can't believe they still haven't fixed this issue.
For East Anglia the problem uses to be that the final mission "wedding horns" wouldn't show as completed. That mission is not showing completed but the game is still stuck. -
