River raids issue and still no wolf at settlement .

River raids I have 200 materials max , haul needs 450 to carry more so how can I get the other 250 to upgrade when I can't carry the 250 I need ,
Also after previous patches , the wolf you rescue used to hang around settlement and now disappeared and I was told by ubi they aware of issue and still no fix , -

Also after previous patches , the wolf you rescue used to hang around settlement and now disappeared and I was told by ubi they aware of issue and still no fix ,You build up your foreign supplies by doing multiple river raids. You don’t need to carry 450 worth in one raid.
College 200, go home, it will be stored at home. Go do another river raid, get another, bring it home, and so on until you have enough to upgrade. -

I found that I could carry more when I spent it on ship upgrades etc. I can't store it anywhere? -

once you have 200 return home, there its restored then raids for another 200 return back home, then more raids for 200 more.
return back home and then upgrade cargo, now it can hold 300 and then rinse and repeat.
Why is this so difficult?
This is also explained while doing the tutorial and its within your codex.
I dont mind helping ppl, but i wonder what did you do during the tutorial and cant you read?
