1 This is my own doing, but it seems it shouldn't work this way. When trying to loot the small chapel behind the church in Glowecester, I couldn't find the proper angle to shot the door. I pushed back the platform to the original position and now it's stuck.
2 This is quite a bit more serious. I DO NOT DARE being online when playing the game. First off: I would really like to have the option of being able to pick the save location. It seems as if half the save games that are in "the cloud" are corrupted in one way or another. The MOST COMMON is that the three bonus skill points icons on the perimeter (find more arrows, carry after kill ASF) vanish. -

I'm sorry to hear that you've encountered these issues. Let me try to address each one of them for you
I wasn't able to find any other reports about this stuck platform. Would you be able to send us a video of this? This will help with further investigation.
Autosaves will automatically be saved to the cloud, from what I understand. You should still have the option to save to your console by creating a manual save. These saves will be marked differently to your cloud saves, as cloud saves will have the little cloud icon unlike the manual saves. You should be able to manually save the game at nearly any time (I know you can't save in certain locations, such as when Eivor is not on the ground).
As for the three bonus skills that appear, the development team are aware of this and are currently investigating further. We would recommend unequipping the skills and starting the game online mode.
