Colour bug

I have contacted Epic games and Ubisoft
But no one can tell me why there is a dark spot og dark shadow the colour is like a xray colour, so when you are in the buldings or just when its dark the main persons closeth and face is xrayet so you cant really see anything when you are going inside a building.
I have reinstallet the computer and all drivers 2 times now, with no luck. PLEASE HELP. -
