According to the map, I have three outstanding artifacts in Ledecestrescire but I can't find anything on the map so not sure if the map markers are missing or that they haven't registered when I originally completed them many, many hours ago.

Is this known bug or am I missing something obvious?

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

@si_w Hello there! Sorry to hear about the issue you're running into after exploring Ledecestrescire. Would it be possible for you to provide video or screenshots of each of these locations in question? I'd also like to make sure you recall collecting the exact artifacts in the places on the map they supposedly still are? I'm a bit unsure on this due to the wording!

@ubi-wan my screenshot would be useless as no white markers for that county. It appears I may not have collected them as I also appear to have 3 roman artifacts missing - which I don't think leaves a cross when they're collected, do they?

@ubi-wan it's definitely Roman Artifacts as I've now completed everything in Norway, Vinland and Asgard/Jotenheim.

I've checked the 5 locations listed in on-line guides for Ledecestrescire and I've found two of the three missing but can't see the last one.

I only have 16 Roman artifacts, and I need 17 to hand over.

Apparently they do leave crosses so I'll see if I can rustle up some screenshots...

    Hello there @Si_W!

Thanks for the update. Based off your own research, would you know the location of the missing Roman artifact? Or where you should have collected it from, but it hasn't registered as such?

If you could send us a screenshot of your map that shows you have missing artifacts in that region, but no white dots are left on your map to complete, this would be helpful for the investigation. If you can provide screenshots that show the crosses (signifying they should have been collected) as well, this would be useful too.

    Thanks! 😊

@ubi-borealis Please accept my apologies and ignore all of the above.

Turns out that I missed an artifact in Grantebridgeshire, that turned out to be the last Roman artifact.

The artifact in Ledecestrescire turned out to be a Cursed Symbol, which I detected via a traveller.

I now have the Completionist achievement, which has popped on both PC and PS4.

@si_w Many congratulations for obtaining the Completionist achievement! 🎊 I'm just happy to hear everything is working properly now, so no need to apologize. 😊
