I just pledged to Hamtunscire and it doesn’t give me the quest in my current list. I have the conversation with Randvi to pledge and then Velka is there to tell me something, but no quest is given and there's no marker on the map after. I looked up guides and this seems to be the Kingdom’s End quest. I tried going to the location guides say it starts but nothing happens. I tried reloading an older save and playing up to this point again with the same result. I've also tried various other tricks like leaving the animus or traveling to another region, but nothing seems to trigger the quest start. I opened support ticket 13522886, but the response was to go to the forums unless I think this is a bug. I believe it is a bug and suspect a patch is needed to progress further, but I thought I'd report it here as well since I see the reported issues thread. Thanks.

I can't complete Hamtunscire Alliance without next quest.
All 44 Order members killed, One clue remains for the final 45th (The Father).
Main game story finished for all open quests except one that should have popped next and Breaking the order.
Not done all world missions one bugged out.

Update: fully exiting and restarting the game seemed to fix this if it wasn't the game devs after seeing this..

The quest Kingdoms End won't trigger when I pledge to Hamtunscire. I've tried all solutions I possibly could find and I even replayed the final hour of the main story before getting back to a moment before I pledged so I could try different ways to make it trigger. It would be a shame to restart when I finally reached the endgame after 80+ hours...

Solutions including restarting the game, reloading to previous save and repledging, restart just after the pledge, checked for updates... but nothing works.

I've also tried to swap between genders, going in and out of the animus and more... It's really annoying as I've gone 10 hours without having the quest (really before realizing something was wrong, since I had to level up a bit anyways).

I have the exact same issue on PC. I completed A Brother's Keeper and A Quiet Homecoming and pledged to Hamtunscire (the only remaining area). Realizing I was significantly underpowered, I went ahead and killed the remaining Zealots, Daughters of Lerion, completed both DLC arcs and a few raids. Once I was ready to begin Kingdom's End, I realized it wasn't in my quest log. After trying the same troubleshooting as OP (change gender, leave Animus, etc), I loaded an old save accepting ~20h of lost progress. I completed the remaining content again and pledged to Hamtunscire but Kingdom's End still won't trigger.

The linked video shows me loading the save immediately after the cutscene played from completing A Quiet Homecoming and pledging to Hamtunscire. I even travelled to Werham to see if the quest would trigger but all I found was a town with allies and enemies but no fighting and no cutscene.

As with OP, I really don't want to abandon 80+ hours of playtime to start over so it'd be great to see a resolution/workaround for this issue.

Same problem here. I pledged to Hemtunschire, but didn't get any quest. I've tried everyting written above. Still bugged. I have played for at least 20h after I pledged.... So annoyed that i cant finish the game...

@shadowsofdeatch As it seems now you'll sadly have to accept losing those extra 20 hours, and instead go back to a save before the pledge, redo it all and then just wait for this to be fixed...

while Riding to rescue Guthrums men he stops shortly after crossing the bridge. When you try to go along without him he turns up during the fight and once I have rescued his men I am told to follow him but he just stands there or glitches into the floor

I pledged to Hamtunscire at the allegiance table and Randvi told me where to travel to but there was no marker on my map, nor a quest in my menu. I looked up where I was supposed to go next online thinking that it might start the quest if I went there but that didn’t work. Even tried burning the silos to no avail.

I saw that some people were having issues after turning in all the order medallions to Hytham and it may be related?? I killed all the members before I pledged to Eurviscire.

@mad-eyemoody Have not killed all the members of the Order (I have some Zealots and the Father left) and I have the same issue.

I am stuck after completing the Kingdom's End Story. I am supposed to meet up with Soma to prepare for the assault and the mission is nowhere to be found. I found the location from a video in YouTube
but i go there and Soma and some of her crew are huddled together like there are in a invisible box. I cant start dialogue or nothing they just stand there. I tried reloading and nothing. I am at power level 400 with 7 points in mastery level. I have some order of the ancients I need to find and some zealots needed to kill. do i have to do these 1st before it continues?. Should I finish the Asgard mission?. I already finished the first Asgard and jotunheim story, just need to go back to Asgard. is there something I am missing?

please help. I dont want to have to start this game all over again..... i have around 136 hours into the game

I started the hamtunscire arc but it doesnt pop up as a quest. It says ive pledged to the area but i cant do anything. I pit in 90 hrs just to not get to see how the story ends...

@ubi-baron Hi, this is an issue on several platforms. I've made a post myself about this and got some traction, but not from you guys. It's a shame because it hinders us from completing this game that we really enjoy. We've done all sorts of trouble shooting and nothing works. Probably a patch is the only thing that solves this. Right now it seems the only fix is to restart the game, which is not happening since this is 80+ hours into the game. Hopefully you'll get to work on this soon!
