Unable to access Runes purchased from Yan Li

Hello. I have been regularly buying armor runes from Yan Li and have about 100+ or so. I cannot seem to see my recently purchased runes and put them in the rune slots for equipment. Any help on this issue? Is there any way to sort runes too?
