The merchant deliveries quest disappeared

I got the quest and I was doing other quests first. I came back to it and it was gone. I now have a totally empty quest tab. I never did that quest. I am not sure if there are any others I have missed.

No this is the quest from the other merchant in the settlement yanli? Any way there are all these items sitting on a tarp or sheet outside her store and she gives you the list of items and a vague description of where they go. The quest was in there with the others but it’s gone. I actually have no quests at all in my quest tab. I have a few other issues as well I would like to discuss with someone. Overall the game has functioned as it should there are just a few other issues.
