Xbox. Game crashes in certain raid.

Hi there.
I’m having major issues with the raid Readingum Abbey in Hamtunscire. My game completely freezes (audio still there) every time I’ve attempted to play it.
Everywhere else is fine around the area. Any ideas?

@nickisginger getting the exact same issue, get about 4-5 mins in to the rain n go towards the raw materials chests n it crashes.
