I haven't been able to finish the Pig of Prophecy mystery In Cent since this game came out. I check daily for updates/hotfixes & still nothing. Please don't tell me we have to wait for the season update to come out just for it to get fixed.....

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

@leoraptor1979 Nope.... Just went on to check & it's still bugged for me

And I am still stuck in Asgard with the "Defensive Measures" and can't finish it to progress to Jotunheim. I have finished the story line and would like to go further but I am stopped at the moment.
I think it was supposed to be fixed but I go back give it another go but no luck.
On Xbox One I can't restart the mission either.

Please ... when will these fixes be done.

@notso277 I haven't played for about 4 weeks now due to not being able to complete that one mystery. 4+ weeks without a fix

    You bought the game? [check]
You bought the Season Pass? [check]

"bug corrections and updates, why oh why, we already have your money.
    Have fun!"

@xwulf00 2-months same issue for me. They don’t care cause this will all go away with time and we’ve already bought the game. I still check for this update sparingly cause I enjoyed the game and would like to finish like the rest of you, but I’ve accepted the facts. This game has been bugged since release and still they have yet to deliver an answer. Sucks getting sold on a half-[censored] product and charged full price too. I assume this is COVID related in that they released it prematurely to take advantage of those staying at home during quarantine. The shoot first aim second methodology then clean the [censored] up as we go. Now it’s to the point where their [censored] is our problem cause they don’t care anymore which is unfortunate for us. What’ll be unfortunate for Ubi though is the decline in sales when they release their next AC saga especially if people can’t even finish the main damn story line. Ubi If you’re gonna be anything be efficient; otherwise don’t waste yours and our time by overpromising and underdelivering.

thats why i refrain from getting the season pass for now anyway.
In future i wont pre-order and just wait a minimum of 6months to a year before getting the game.
Games from ubisoft have been thusfar far more buggy then any other games i have purchased and it sux

Same, I wont pre order ever again, just refunded my Far Cry 6 pre order based of how the community in this game is being treated and the amount of bugs and glitches.

I also stopped playing after the last update from the 15th of january because of thy lip sync bug and others. But it seems more important to Ubisoft to bring microtransaction armors or the "insane" Ubisoft Connect challenges which are always the same - or the "incredible" mindless river raids which surely will be like the irrelevant Sparta vs. Athenian conquest battles in Odyssey. Just some mindless stuff to repeat.

Where are the bugfixes for gamebreaking bugs Ubisoft?
Where are features we want and that were in the games before - like NG+ or Transmog?
Where is the communication with us?

I don't care for Ubisoft Connect challenges,
    I don't care for Reda,
    I don't care for microtransactions,
I don't care for river raids!

Just fix this game first and focus on the story DLC's and NG+ and transmog!

Give us a damn release date and cancel river raids if needed!

Not for me it hasn't. It's the last thing I need to have all regions at 100%. The pig still will not speak to me a second time: when she dies I will NOT give her an ax. No Valhalla for YOU, you stupid oink!

    Ubi connect, Reda, microtransactions... ok

River raids is another thing, totally: it's a feature which will make ACV worth playing for the next months/years, or ... not.
If River raids are not what we're here expecting for, ACV will be over for most of us.
Funny to think that 2017 (Origins) and 2018 (Odyssey) games would make it better?!?!
But we stay tuned, the ball is in the hand of Ubi, lets see what they do wit it...

learn from your mistakes for the next ac game 😉

Even if river raids is fun i wont buy season pass. Ill 1st read here how it is and if i buy it, it will be when everything is released that way i dont have to wait so much in between.
For future ac games i wont buy it anymore until all content is released, i dont like this format where you get small bits of content fed with ages in between where nothing is to do.

I actually think that part of this new "games as a service" thing is playing the game while service is provided, updates came out, new content added, and so on... and "waiting" is cinda enjoyable part of this process as well.
It makes you feel that game "alive" (and still in development lol))) and you can enjoy it for much longer period of time.
If you liked it from the very beginning, of course

For me the ideal way doing those "live service games" is theway Witcher 3 did it. 16 free DLC's and 2 big expansions with lots of patches in between that fixed bugs, reworked the whole interface, added quality of life changes and even added new recorded voice lines to flesh out some characters more. Most of this stuff did release between the release date in may and october. So no long waiting and no roadmap. The last patches where just bugfixes for smaller bugs so nobody needed to wait so long to play the game.

Those roadmaps should just be for early acess games that tell us which content will be added and when the game is "finished" Sadly customers are too dumb that they didn't see that they are using early acess practices in "finished" games now. Valhalla for me now is at version 0.5. Maybe next november it will be version 1.0. And this 1.0 version should be the point from where they start adding stuff and bringing story DLC.
But at least they are fast at microtransactions...

Here a good video regarding microtransactions in this game:

    @olmergrey

game as a service model only works if there is actually content to play, which for me hasnt been the case for well over a month now.
