feel so dissapointed now, hearthweru armours is just a reskin of galloglaich armor set, just with different colours an attributes... seriously this armor should have come for free in the next updated for some mission... seriously greed is destroying this franchise.. i cant just enjoy this game anymore.. not bug fixed... game is boring, and now doing this kind of stuff so, so now ubisoft is going to make reskin of ingame armours and sell them in the shop...

yeah and the statement that all helix armors would only have 1 diamond slot moving forward is [censored] too, seeing how the new armorpack has diamond slots everywhere.

I don't understand why anyone cares so much about this. There is no online element that pits you against other players so why does it matter.
The gear in game is perfectly ok for what it needs to do and the stuff in the store is just cosmetic chaff with some extra rune slots, so what.
I wish they would get rid of stuff like the Hell Damnation set as every time I see Jomsviking with it on it completely breaks my immersion.

@brucehillracing doesn't bother me either. However, the fact they put so much effort in that and hardly any in fixing the game etc is .... annoying. Plus it's bad practice to keep selling people stuff with rune slots they've officially stated will get nerfed.

thats the main isseu,. they are activaly working on helix stuff, yet so many bugs are still not fixed and no new contents has been released either.

Give them an inch, they will take a mile. I would caution being okay with this behavior. It's bound to get out of control as Ubisoft has a track record for this. I bought helix credits, and now regret doing it for this very reason. It's absurd and the armor sets are awful looking.

@brucehillracing well, exactly, this is a single player game, so why they are putting so much effort in this kind of stuff? a lot of microtransaction for everything, for exp, for silver, for maps that u can already get in game, for material, with gear they were adding some good looking ones, like the helldamnation, and the one that looks like sauron, but now this armour is just a reskin, they just changed colors and changed attributes.. and they are selling it like something new... the game is full of bugs, lack of replayability, the game in the state it is right now is unplayable.. but rather then fixing all these problems, they are doing this kind of stuff.. is really dissapointing seriously

So this corona excuse isnt really valid. It just seem to some studios have a better work ethos then others.

@karloz1995 I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and say it's targetting people with not much time to play and too much money on their hands, who want to feel like they are pro gamers. They can spend extra money to avoid content and be OP without it effecting the game for other players. Obviously, of course, it's also a rather crude attempt to make money, but there appears to be a - rather lucrative - market for it or they'd stop bothering.

yeah i know, its getting in the way of good customer service too. More and more packages simply never arrive or far too late.
When you try to reach someone, its n ear impossible. If anything companies should be pleased that we still order stuff and should offer excellent customer service.

@asgardian02 yeah ... plus if they are overtaxed what about all the now unemployed people? I lost my job to covid (so now I can moan on game forums all day lol), as did many others.

i just wish there some other cool games i could play. was looking so forward to Cyberpunk, but ill wait a year before getting that.
I do still play Doom eternal a lot, but i had to buy a new mouse and my fingers need to get acustomed to the new one and it takes a lot of practice

I take it you've played Grim Dawn as you've mentioned Diablo a few times? Do you only like action rpg's? Else Pillars of Eternity Deadfire has a satisfyingly complex combat system and horrendous super bosses to knock yourself out on.

I am happy for the time being to just play Gwennt. Its free and its quite awesome! Also i still have Doom Eternal with lots of achievments still to get there.
Started a Python course as well, so i will keep myself entertained.

why wouldnt you play gwennt? Thronebreaker was fun, but added some nice cards to my gwennt collection as well. The reward system within gwennt is pretty awesome, apart from thronebreaker i didnt spent any money and still i have pro rank within 6weeks and have most cards by now.
