"Is there Anybody Out There" trophy bug

Hi there!
So recently I arrived at the viewpoint at Hadrian's Wall and light the braziers for the trophy. But upon lighting the last brazier, the trophy did not pop. Please help, Im going for the plat! Thank you very much for the help!!
P.S.: Im playing on the PS4! -
@kdgyu I've not really heard of this one being a known bug. The likelyhood is that you've simply missed one. At the Western end, there's a brazier on the fort on top of the hill that's easy to miss. It's also easy to miss the most Eastern one if you use the synchronisation point to start this trophy hunt.

@ThoughtTwenty I already did that multiple times and still no trophy. I even watched a walkthrough while lighting up the braziers and still nothing.
