Combat and World glitches

Please address these things:
•Often when combat starts the music either doesn't play or it sticks to the exploration music. Which makes combat less exciting and immersive.
•in Eurvicsire near the Anlaf's lookout there's this cave within a waterfall that when ever I went inside I went to the swimming animation even though I was never in water.
•( I'm sure you've heard this a lot) cloak and things on Eivors belt jump endlessly, which also breaks immersion.
•in cutscenes (noticed this a lot Cent)
the mouth doesn't move but the voices are still being heard. Also breaks immersion.
