Premium starter pack gear not received

Purchased the premium starter pack, I received the helix credits but none of the other items (weapons etc). Has anyone else has this issue?
Raised a case with Ubisoft but still waiting for a response. -
@hikingflower Please allow up to 24 hours for the order to progress fully. Seeing that you have already created a support ticket; please be patient. They will get back to you as fast as possible.
You have to keep in mind that due COVID-19 they have to work from home which is far from ideal.

@ubikobold well it's April now, a whole three months after purchase and still no gear items from the starter pack. I've lost faith that this will be resolved by Ubisoft and have been refunded by Google Stadia due to Ubisoft's faulty digital product.

@hikingflower I am sorry that you had this experience with the Starter Pack in Assassin's Creed Valhalla. I sincerely apologize that this could not be resolved before refunding the product.
