PS4 to PS5 Trophy Sync

I started the game on PS4 and switched to the PS5 version.
The trophy lists are not syncing and my PS5 trophies aren’t updating on the PS4 version, even when I load the cloud save from the PS5 version which has the trophies on the PS4 version of the game.
I don’t want to have to finish the game again at 30FPS with low graphics settings to get the trophies.
