Is it possible to put more mythical worlds to explore like Vanaheim, Alfheim and more and add treasure chests with armor and weapons like in odyssey?

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

@guest-u3n2orif it would be an awesome if they add more mythical words in new expansion for example. Helheim would be an awesome too... Enemies in Atlantis DLC in AC: Odyssey was pretty powerful. That was an awesome challenge... I hope we will get something similar or even better in Valhalla DLC 🙂

i wouldnt mind it, could be possible they will add in more dream worlds with the druid dlc or the ireland dlc.

That would mean though that you cant bring loot back so that would be disappointing.
Also i dont like gear/weapons to be behind more puzzles and chests, i'd rather get them from a cool boss fight asn in Odyssey.

@asgardian02 I total agree, but we get ISU armour from puzzles in AC: Black Flag and in AC: Origins, now I have feeling it is the same case in Valhalla....

    With expectation comes disappointment.

I mean i expected so much from valhalla based on my experience from odyssey, instead many cool features have been totally discarded..

@asgardian02 I'm disapointed that the map in Valhalla is smaller than the other games.

    Oh please no!

There is no need for more mythological stuff. They way they did it in Origins with the ONE fight againts a giant snake in a dream sequence was the best compromise of bringing this stuff into AC. In Odyssey they went too far and Valhalla is better but still too much of this mythological stuff.

They should focus more on historical events and throw in one or two dreams or hallucinations. I would even like it when they don't add any mythological stuff. Like in early AC games they can mention this stuff but explain it with Isu technology. No need to play whole regions with ice giants ans useless stuff like this. AC isn't a fantasy game - it should be more traditional with some Sci-Fi elements.

If more mystical worlds means endless puzzles and nothing that you can bring home, ill pass.

i want to collect cool looking gear in other world and be able to show it off in normal gameplay.

I liked this better in odyssey where the mytical world was part of the normal world based on his beliefs.

I personally like how they did the mythical worlds in Valhalla. It shows us some mythology, but it's also related to Eivor's story, which makes it more interesting for me than the DLCs they made for Origins and Odyssey. They were good, but it seems that something was missing.

I think the mythological sequences would be better if they were linear. There's no need for an open world if its only purpose is looking for shards - it ruins it by making what could be a cool story mission into yet another grind.

Nah thanks... had enough of this Darksiders/God Of War vibes during my playthrough... and it wasn't pleasant at all. Not in Assassin's Creed game.
However according to new Ubisoft view on a franchise - Yeah, its more than likely wee gonna get more and MORE of those fancy magical worlds in the future.
