This game restarts my PC

This game restarts my PC randomly, sometimes on cutscenes, sometimes when I deploy the raven, sometimes when my player is just standing about.
My PC is a ryzen 5600x with a 5700xt cpu, everything updated to latest. Brand new nvme pcie4 drive, brand new x570 mobo, the works.
Reason Im mad
All my games work with this setup but I had a 2 year old corsair tx650w in there. When the pc restarted the second time I thought I would go on here and see whats up. Had a bunch of people saying the same thing, its the PSU. Nobody on Ubisoft staff has said its another issue on this support forum (I looked hard for an official response) So I got me a brand new corsair CX750F at +£100 cost.

Your game is broken and you have cost me over £100 just to find out your game is unoptimized trash on PC. GG Ubisoft.
Also just to add to this, your cloud saves are broken, you need to hire better people. -
@dave_the_shrew Well, I would have guessed PSU too. People here have reported fixing these kinds of problems by replacing it.
Applications can't cause reboots. This is always a hardware or driver issue. -
@kormac67 except when it isnt. I can play other unoptimized dumpster fire games like cyberpunk for 24 hours straight if I wanted to. Its this game and this game alone thats doing it. I even use the MSI Gaming x570 mobo that Ubi worked with to give 'mystic light', my system is tip top and my drivers are perfect.
