Max power (400) but still 1 skill point....

... I have reach the 400 power so all my skills are "on" problem is I still have 1 skill point in the right corner of my screen. I can't put it in mastery level. bug ?

I don't think this is a bug.
I carried around 3 skill points at power 400 for a long time. I had bought skill point boosts from the merchant in Ravensthorpe 3 times. Once the River Raids skills were activated, I was able to spend them and haven't carried extras since. Now I just get Master boosts as I play and skill points only when there are skills to buy. -
The new max Power is 409, so it is possible to spend that/those excessive skill point(s).
But be careful: if you are like e.g. Power 408, then you should buy a skill point from Yanli in Ravensthrope to reach Power 409, instead of letting Eivor level up through quests or battles, because that way Eivor will get 2 skill points, meaning there will again be 1 skill point un-spend-able.
