I bought few items and a pack from the Helix store. I can see them in the owned section but i can’t use them in new game. Why is that? I should be able to use the items whenever i want. They are my property, i paid for them???

This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
