Moved Newly Purchased or Looted Runes aren't showing up

I have multiple Armor and Weapon Runes that show up as "Sellable" at shops, but they don't show up in my list when trying to apply them to the appropriate inventory items??

Every Rune I get (looted/purchased in stores/awarded) shows up in my inventory 3x yet is not showing up as available when I try to apply it to my gear! I literally have to steal (unsocket) Runes from other items just to use them on newly acquired weapons/armor. Also why isn't there a filter to separate Runes that are already in use on other items vs. Runes that are currently unassigned? The entire Rune inventory needs to be moved down in the onscreen display below the Quest Items, Trade Goods etc. I'm tired of having to scroll down through hundreds of Runes before getting to what I'm looking for. Especially since 2/3 of them are inaccurately credited and I can't even use all of the remaining 1/3 that I should have access to! Between the Rune issue and the fact that the games crashes on my at least twice a day, I'm ready to give up on this piece of trash game that was obviously released or pushed out way too fast before adequate quality control testing was done.
