Adze not spawning in repton

Ive collected the clues for adze but she hasnt spawned in repton im also currently blocked from going further in the story as my heavy is the head mission is glitched before the crowning

@muttsy13 Hello there! Thanks for reaching out. I'm curious if Adze spawns regularly if you load an older save file? As for 'Heavy is the Head" mission, our team is aware of this issue and would like more information on it. To help with this investigation, we ask those affected create a new support ticket, and attach a copy of their save game files to the ticket for review!
