Locked Digital Download less buggy?

since I am unable to send Ubisoft my save files, I wonder if the digital version will work better? My game is so bugged, I can’t pledge on the alliance map. None of the update patches have helped. Ubisoft believes it could be my disk

@ubi-viral the file path is the exact same one you guys have posted. But when I insert my external into my laptop, nothing is shown.

@ethesian29 Hm, I see. Were you able to successfully copy the save to a USB storage drive: (https://manuals.playstation.net/document/gb/ps4/settings/data_system.html)? It sounds like the file wasn't copied over fully, making it so no file appeared when you plugged your storage drive into your laptop.
Regarding the issue at hand, are you having an issue with pledging to a specific region, or are all regions essentially locked? Any footage of this would be greatly appreciated, either as screenshots or as a YouTube video link. -
@ubiexcellent I can try to move the save files again, but I followed the steps exact and still nothing. Do they not read on Mac? Also, Jorvik, Eurvic, Hamntun, and Win are the remaining places I cannot pledge to. Also Vinland doesn’t show up
