How do I properly upload save files to Ubisoft?

Hello all, I have been having issues submitting my save files from my PS4 to Ubisoft. My game has a big quest stop bug, so ubi has requested to investigate. The problem is, my Mac and PC won’t read my external drive! Is there something I’m missing?

You should be able to access your save files by following our site here. Then, you can attach them directly to a Support ticket with us. However, if you are still unable to send that file path, please let me know!
