After obtaining the Dead Viking's Axe Stolen by Hurrey the Body is missing to complete the mission. It does show that there should be something to interact with at the tree, however the body which was there at the beginning of the mission has disappeared. I have reloaded my save, and completed many missions between attempts to finish the world event. The body to return the axe to is still missing, and there is no way to complete this world event.
