Game keeps freezing and crashes after a few seconds

As I mention in the title my game might freeze after 1 hour or after 2 hours it doesn't matter and then it sends me back to desktop. This started happening lately when I am in combat most of the time and I am pretty sure it wasn't happening before. Is there even any fix for this? Also my gpu drivers and the game are up to date so that's not the problem and I play the game in ultra high graphics if it matters.

Mine the same, no issues since the last update until today when it started to crash (three times in one hour). No freezing though.
