Mystery Interaction Bug

Eivor can not interact with NPC for one of the mysteries (Skald’s Lament). There’s no dialogue icon, fast travel and reinstalling didn’t make it. Almost completed everything in the game, so starting over is barely an option (returned to save from the very beginning- quest is working there).
