Lighthouse Twins

When entering the lighthouse in Cent, I spoke with the first brother on the ground, as I progressed up the ladders and killed all the snakes I made it to the second brother. There is no speech option available and he is not following me down to the ground despite having gotten rid of the snakes. I’ve tried saving and re loading the game and even changing gender but nothing changes and I still can’t complete the quest.

Hey Aje19857! I am so sorry that you have not been able to complete the Lighthouse Twins quest! I apologize for my delay in getting back to you. If you are still unable to proceed in-game, when you mentioned re-loading the game did you restart the quest? Also, please complete our guide here which includes restoring your licenses. Then, test your game again. If you are still unable to continue afterwards, would you be able to send me a video from your gameplay that shows the second brother will not follow you? In the video please also show you using Odin's Sight so I can see that all of the Vipers were killed. For a video just post it to YouTube as unlisted and then send me the link here. Thanks!
