Skill Points Not Awarded

The following senario has occurred on multiple occasions:
- I fill the experience diamond
- The message in the centre of the screen announces that I have been awarded 2 skill points
- There is no message on the side of the screen referencing my 2 skill points
- Upon checking the "Skills" section, there are no additional points
TL;DR
I level up and do not receive my skill points.
Any advice or solutions would be welcomed. Thx.

Can you please confirm the following:- When did the issue start
- Do you have the latest game update installed
- Have you tried resetting your skill points to see if that helps
You also mentioned that this has occurred on multiple occasions. To confirm do you still receive skill points sometimes or does this issue occur every time? And does the issue only occur when filling your XP bar or when you also complete world events?
Could you also provide some videos as examples of this issue.
