'Skald to your Wealth' World Event Broken

During the World Event 'Skald to your Wealth' when I return the ingredients to the guy, the screen goes black, and the loading icon appears.... And then freezes. I have to restart the game. I have tried different saves, and reloading and returning to the area, but the same thing happens every time. I'm on PS4. Any ideas?
