Bug - Boat Crew Missing and world event NPC dead

Hi,
When i go to raid from land none of my crew arrive it's just Dag. It's the same when i raid from the boat aswell. I travel back to my town and find they are dead on the dock or in the river. I have tried changing crew, loading a previous save. Went to Norway and back and nothing. Restarted my game plenty of times thinking a simple restart will fix it but nothing still the same. This is also happening to world event NPC's too. I've only encounted one where the NPC was dead so can't even start the world event.
I have read many other people have the same bug. Do we know if this is getting looked into as this is a pretty serious bug. Don't really want to restart from scratch after 17 hours of play time. -

I have exactly the same problem. I already posted some screenshots and explainations in the following thread "Settlement NPCs are spawning into the world dead". I have attached today my latest save to the case I opened on December, 15th : case #13592788.
I hope Ubisoft will be able to find a fix to allow the NPC to live again.
