@ubi-woofer Nice just in time for most of us to have finished the game and have no need for the cosmetics anymore.......no offense but you guys really crapped the bed on this one.....it should NOT take 2 weeks or more to fix something like this......

I haven't been able to interact with the tattoo artist since going to England. 78.5 hrs in and I still nothing....... so frustrating

same issue here, after svend dies & completing carrying the torch; I can't talk to Tove.
please fix this fast -
@ubi-woofer This has to be hotfixed, especially if there's already an available dev fix. It keeps many of us away from the game as customization is a core feature in term of taste and immersion.
I mean, I'm not going to pretend to know prioritization job better than the QA department, and I know there are a lot of other issues to deal with. But this should be considered as critical or even blocking bug. We can't wait weeks for this to be solved.

Thank you for your continued replies, everyone. I will pass forward your feedback regarding a hotfix for this issue, however, I cannot promise that one will be possible. If I hear anything regarding a hotfix, or about the update this fix is currently scheduled for, I will let you know.
@WhskyDltaFoxtrt Just to clarify, did you just recently finish "Carrying the Torch" and now cannot talk to Tove? Or did you complete that quest prior to TU 1.1.1, but cannot talk to her since the update? I ask because I personally do not have the issue with speaking to Tove, having completed "Carrying the Torch" a long time ago, and currently we only know of this issue affecting players who completed "Carrying the Torch" after TU 1.1.1.
@Makhnovtchina I understand the concern regarding customisation, and will do what I can to see if a hotfix can be pushed. As above however, I don't have any control over this and if it is not possible, the fix will be implemented as planned within the update it is scheduled for. I'll do my best!Official Response -
I’m having the same issue on PS4! As soon as the update came out she no longer talks to Eivor. This needs fixing immediately!

Oh come on, you took two freaking years to make this BUGGY game??? This is the last game I bought from you Ubisoft! Valhalla is a candidate to be even worst than Unity?? I t freezes and crashes all the time, I can not interact with Tovi and many more bugs that i paid 90 euros!!

@ubi-woofer For me personally, I "completed" the quest and buried Svend after 1.1.1 was released (have been playing for about a week now total). So the issue arising after 1.1.1 is the case for at least some of us

I cannot speak to Tove after the discussion at Svend's gravesite. Can't change Eivor's looks.

Cant use tattoo/ hair shop, even though the mission “carrying the torch” has been completed. Please fix!!!

I'm having the same issue here. I've already be completed "Passing the torch" but I still can't talk to the Tatooist.

Building the tattoo shop while tove is grieving at the grave site will lock the tattoo shop and dialog after you youve finished speaking to her about her husbands death

55 hours in and can't interact with Tove to get tattoos or change appearance.
