Bow glitch?

My bow gets stuck and I can't switch to my ax, I can't run, pick up items, I even shoot random fire arrows. Is there a fix for this? I've looked on line but haven't found anything. I'm over a hundred hrs, 300 power so restarting isn't an active option..

this has been in the game since start for me.
what ever i try to do in the game, the one thing eivor always do is grab his bow.
It doesnt matter if i press e to command a boat, or try to jump or want to climb, or press N for fishing he always grabs his bow, and then i have right click with mouse and after some delay i finally to want i wanted to do.
also when i want to jumo for no reason he goes into a slowmo jump with the bow in hand, annoying AF that is.
