Horse Speed Reduction

Please please please stop reducing horse speed automatically, since AC:Brotherhood horse speed is reduced inside cities, and with every game that followed with horses, the speed control becomes worse, it slows down automatically makes it unusable, in AC:Origins, it is similar to AC:Brotherhood, slowed down in cities only, in AC:Odyssey it became worse with a detection radius around cities, camps and forts which was too wide and will get your horse crawling, it never got fixed and none of previous games got it fixed despite the huge amount of complaints received.
Now in this game, the radius is fine but still why reducing it in cities? and the worst part, it is reduced when climbing hills and mountains which makes the horse completely useless when climbing!!!
At least, please add it as an option/setting to reduce horse speed automatically, if set to off then horse speed doesnt get affected anywhere.
