@phillykid903 I have not gotten Ultimate Refinement Fully upgrade and enhance a piece of gear, even though I have 3 fully done up gear sets. I notice some achievements you have to restart game for. I was working on the Skadi's Hobby Perform a 150m slide in the snow and it wasn't activating, so I shut down the game, reloaded at the spot, and first try, I got it. I think there is a server issue where the game is not sending off the information.

Hi all, so I'm 75+ hours in and story arc related achievements are not unlocking for me e.g. The cent arc achievement. Also everytime I open the map in game I get a pop up stating iv been disconnected from the ubisoft server cause iv sent to many requests? (what requests?!) I cant view any community photos, they don't even show on my map at all, also the tracking system on xbox series x for tracking achievements has stopped working also, this is very frustrating, also opal are missing from the map also, the icons appear and remain but when you go to "said" location the opal aren't there and the icon is. Please Devs fix these bugs

I've already submitted a ticket but i figured i would post this hear just in case others were having the same issue and maybe resolved it. I'm playing on Xbox One S. I only have 1 Standing Stone puzzle left and the "Tranquility" achievement still hasn't unlocked. I thought update 1.0.4 might have resolved this issue since it fixed a couple of other stuck achievements, but it hasn't. anyone else experiencing this? I'm close to 100% the game but i'm afraid to do the last puzzle.

It doesn't seem so. And what's even more worrying, is that the issue isn't even acknowledged as something "to be fixed" in the known bug list, this is becoming very annoying.

It's just Skadi's hobby for me. I've played this game for 74 hours. 70 off which has been me climbing up the mountain and sliding down it again, over and over and over again. No achievement. The game autosaves when I've hit the 150m distance but no unlock!

@uninterred same ive even gone as far as removing and then adding my account back to the xbox seeing if it would help and nothing......i actually wasted 200 slides down the hill yesterday and yeah at the 150m it will save each slide but no achievement....ive had 148 hours ainto game and lost my save data after 148 hours to currupt data bug......i hope they fix it as im a big achievment hunter

Maybe I am not understanding what is needed... am I missing something here for Ultimate Refinement?

I opened a thread a week or so ago about achievements not unlocking for me on Xbox one x. I checked the known issues and that does not appear to be listed. I've seen several post of this before so how would that not be a known issue? Any help is appreciated.

Come on it’s nearly been a month now. I want to 100% this game.

@tcubie I am also having this trouble. I should check and see how many are left and make sure I don't do the last one as well I suppose.

Me too, must have had 30 different attempts at this, try all sorts of combinations. A save triggers when I hit 150m but no achievement unlock. Frustrating.

I’ve tried this achievement multiple times throughout different times in the story line to no avail. I’ve played ~ 130 hours and tried it about 20 times. A save icon appears after I slice 150 m but no achievement pops.

I have beat the game, with the exception of the Builder achievement. My settlement is at a level 6, but I never received the level 3 builder achievement. How can I unlock this now apart from having to restart the game? Very frustrating...

Is There Anyone Out There? Quest is not unlocking after lighting all 10 braziers. We have tried west to east on the map and then east to west. We also verified all 10 braziers were lit. How do I get this to cooperate?

I retrieved Excalibur from the stone and the CALADFWLCH achievement did not activate. I went back to another save twice and it did not fix the problem. This is the only thing holding me back from 100%. Please fix.

Is anyone else having achievements that won't unlock? "Tranquility", "Builder", and "Hard Choices" will not unlock for me. I have finished the main story arc and 100% every region yet it does not think that I have done a standing stone puzzle, reached settlement level 3 (mine is level 6), or completed the Grantebridgescire Arc. At this point and with how many hours I have put in, I would rather not restart the game for these when they should have just unlocked.

Glitched achievements? I have two glitched achievements : equip 8 abilities and find all the hidden one armor (or codex)? I’ve done both not sure what’s going on.

This is happening to me as well on XSX. Though, it happened so long ago I don't have any saves to go back to. Didn't realize there was an achievement for this. Other achievements have popped since, though, so I don't think this can be blamed on a clogged XBL pipeline.
