Moved Lunden Quest Bugs

Hi,
I am currently doing the Bleeding the Leech quest in Lunden, and have killed the Arrow and the Leech, which both show up in the Order menu as being killed.
It then tells me to meet with Erke in the quest menu to continue. The problem i have now, is that the quest marker is missing from the map, and when i go to the location where he should be, he is not there, so i can't continue any further with this quest.
i have also found another bug with the "Last Flight Of The Golden Sparrow" world event. When i travel to the quest marker location, the 3 npc's i need to interact with to start this quest are not there, so i can't start this quest.
I have tried submitting this bug to Ubisoft support, but it blanks out the email submit button, and shows online chat as not available. -

@kreutzgang I tried contacting Ubisoft by phone today, but no luck. The support section directs you to the online support page that does not work, try going to reception and they hang up after being on hold for 10 to 15 seconds.
Hope they read these comments, because this is the only way to report, i also left a comment on a youtube channel i what, who shows a lot of ac-Valhalla stuff, including the new update. -
