Can't return to Asgard

Hi, I returned from Asgard before finishing the Feline Footfall quest and I'm unable to return. The potion is marked for the In Dreams quest but when approached there is no prompt to drink it. I've progressed over 100 power since returning so don't have any saves from before or during Asgard and so I'm unable to pinpoint when this happened. I did notice that when returning to the hat the conversation that started when you Eivor wakes up played again which seemed odd.
