[PS4 PRO] Starter pack weapons

I didn't see this listed. Perhaps there's nothing wrong, but the starter pack weapons aren't showing up at the blacksmith. It would be insane to pay for a starter pack to get gear that can't be improved when you could spend less for better gear using helix credits.

90 % of the complaints on the starter pack is that the weapon/armors are not upgradable, they say they're looking into it, but people have been waiting since the game launched
and no actual response from them. I for one, didn't even receive anything from my Premium Starter pack and its been 3 + weeks now... $40 down the drain
