Skills are gone after 1.1.1 update

This morning I had 3 new skills on my skill tree- Battle ready, Arrow Looter, (Auto) Assassination Carry. Now those skills have disappeared and I have 3 excessive skill point with nothing to spend them on.
I have already reached level 400, and have assigned 72 Mastery Points. -
@roberte593 Those were gone before this update. I am willing to bet that if you turned the internet connection off, booted that game, then loaded up your most recent save file, they'd re-appear.
