Not all achievements in Ubisfot Connect populated after patch

I've pacified all England, done all available quests in the game and eliminated all order members. After todays patch most of story related achievements are registered except for
Take My Hand (Cent Arc)
The Enemy of My Enemy (Wincestre Arc)
Disorder of the Ancients (Eliminate all Order members) -

Same here and still don't get 100% completion regardless i've done everything that seems to count for it

done the requirement for these more than once and still haven’t popped for me and this has been since near launch
(EDIT: I am on Series X I should point out but the point about achievements not popping still stands) -
