Bought shield from Reba... can’t find it.

I bought the shield from Reba but it’s not in my inventory. Do I need to retrieve this from somewhere?

@hheywood Hello there! If you've checked to see that your content is properly installed already, I'd suggest first checking to see if there's any items to be found in Eivor's mailbox in Ravensthorpe! If you've still had no luck, I recommend creating a new support ticket to have our dedicated support team look further into things!

The process to check complete installation isn’t the same on PS5. But from what I can tell I have everything. I only bought the base game package.
I checked my mailbox at Ravensthorpe. Nothing. That’s the “Consult Ravensthorpe’s status” bit right?
There is a mailbox looking thing across from there next to some candles and bread, but I cannot interact with that at all. -
It turns out that the shield is actually just cosmetic. 50 opals wasted on junk, and apparently there is no way to refund it.
