Moved Game breaking bug

Hi im encountering a bug which I can't seem to find any work around for. For anyone who is not near the end of valhalla should stop reading now.
After speaking to the man of light about searching for possibilities to stopping the end of the world I'm having a constant crash in the same spot, straight after the loading screen I load in as a male with the staff floating behind me and I can see layla near by. I can rotate my camera but not move at all. When I quit to the main menu and reload it continues back with speaking to the man of light and repeates the process of freezing in the same spot. I have tried a hard reset of my xbox and quitting to the main menu roughly 6 times now upon writing this as I can no longer continue playing im just stuck in this same spot. I am playing on xbox 1 X.
Also please fix the quiver bug I've been playing for around 70 hours with 12 arrows when my quiver is maxed out and the work around of going to vinland and emptying my arrows unequipping my bow and going back to England didn't work like it did for some. Thank you.
