After recruiting Bjorn, he became one of my Jomsvikings and went on raids with me just fine but when I restarted the game, he was not in my roster. I can still see him near the barracks, however it wants me to recruit him for 1000 silver and it lists him as being " 's Jomsviking" (not showing any name before the apostrophe)
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

Hi Vikings!
We have not received any reports of this issue for quite sometime. However, after thorough investigation the development team has confirmed that they are unable to continue looking into a potential fix for this particular issue as they must focus on issues that have a comparatively higher impact on the gameplay experience.
I understand that this is not the outcome you were hoping for and can only apologise.
As the issue will no longer be investigated, I will now lock this thread and mark it as resolved.
I have found a few bugs within the game. One of them is sometimes when I Raid monasteries and have to collect Supplies either the second person won’t come or they will come but act as if I’m not there and won’t open it. Another bug is with the Crew editing I select the bonus Bjorn The Beserker and he keeps disappearing and switching with someone else so I have to keep going back to Ravensthrope and select him again.
So I noticed a glitch that occurs where Bjorn the Berserker becomes unequipped from my Longship Crew on certain occassions, forcing me to travel back to Ravensthorpe to get him back. This does not occur on loadscreens as far as I can tell, I believe it occurs whenever a quest is completed, or when the world's environment changes.
Occurs when I reload into the game from the title screen.
Would appreciate him just staying on the crew lol.
I also noticed when I first unlocked him, he wasn't at the settlement until after I equipped him to my crew, then he showed up on the dock and I was able to officially "unlock" him, at which point the bug started.
I set my ship crew from the barracks and use the ship and every time it doesn’t keep the crew I chose specifically Bjorn berserker he disappears every time
Okay so I've noticed a few bugs with Jomsvikings and Bjorn. (DLC, Way of the Berserker)
it once again bugged out, kicking him from my crew and giving me the option for the "recruit" dialogue, but greying out the actual recruit button, so i have to just back out of the screen, here is the screenshot since i couldn't get one before.
I Can not recruit bjorn to my jomsviking crew even though I have competed the mission that should allow me to. I have be back to ravensthorpe where I should be able recruit him and I am able to talk to him. But It does now allow me to press x (PS4 user) to recruit him. Any help with this will be appreciated
Same on my end. Moreover, after some time he dissapeared from the crew pool, so i can not hire him, but he is walking around the barracks and i can't interact with him.
Oh weird. He was never my primary but I could add him to my generic viking list.
I’m having the same issue. I can recruit other people’s jomsvikings but not bjorn
@malleableriver0 same here, and its specifically with Bjorn, cause all the other characters saved just fine. just another drop in the bug bucket i guess
@Ebonzone @harty_1 @MalleableRiver0 Thank you for reporting this to us.
Just to confirm, it resets before you even summon the boat, so he can never be on the boat or it will reset between sessions/when using the Horn to call the Ship?
Unlocked Bjorn as a raider from The Vengance of the Berserker quest, but every time I restart the game or after a certain amount of time in-game, he's been unassigned from my crew and I have to go back to the barracks to reassign him. Not game breaking obviously but is getting quite irritating.
just a quick update to this, the icon that was above my Jomsviking was because he had a bow that had the effect "increase attack when full health" or something similar, and because he was full health whenever idle the icon would always be there.
i think there's little reason to show us if they have effects at all, but if that's wanted then it should at least have a actual distance and not show through walls so we don't see it halfway across the country. i've just removed the bow to fix it for myself right now but if there's a piece of gear in future that i actually want to equip that does the same thing it'll be annoying.
@jackd200592 you've tried assigned him by speaking to the quartermaster standing outside the barracks right?
