Anyone else unable to use their mount?

It just randomly happened in my game. I play on the PS4, and it was after the King of the Hill side quest. I tried to use my mount to go to the next point of interest, and no matter how many times I called for my mount, there was no indicator for me to ride them. It's not game-breaking, and I don't know if it will be fixed later on if I keep playing, but it does make traveling long distances without fast travel points much longer and tedious.

This bug does fix itself but is still a problem when it happens. If this does happen to anyone, just know that if you go to a town and try to ride a horse there, or you need to travel by horse for a quest, it will fix it.
