walking speed too slow when cloaked on xbox

I'm playing on Xbox One S.
I enjoy beautiful scenery when walking.
But, when cloaked, It's very hard to control the walking speed.
Because even if i move the stick a little, she begins to run.
She walks very slow or runs !!
I need pad control depth like when not cloaked.
