    With a heavy heart and pretty much disappointment, i want to say i bought this game and i regret every second off it. It been months that's from Nov 2020, i have been with support who tried their best to suggested pre-written documented solutions that don't work. I was just given solutions that are always inconclusive. Asked about files , which they always check for faults which may not contribute and then again suggest new non-working solutions. Recently i upgraded GPU to a newer one in hope that i can play it. At max , all i can do is run the benchmark. at this point , I think DEVs have ignored the issue and just left anyone who can't run the game. They are just fixing quest bugs which consist of people who are playing. Good for the,. But Being with AC for so long, i am sad to come to the conclusion that Ubisoft may not ever fix Assassins Creed Valhalla with people having issues due to Ryzen CPUs. Its really gut-wrenching feel that just because of an issue, i can never play the game. Its still not possible to run it for more than 5 minutes if i dare to run. Its so late that i can't even refund the game. Clearly, no one is bothered but sad. I am sure i am not alone, maybe there are still unfortunate people. I am not a STAR player , Streamer, influencer or some celebrity. I am just someone who want to play the game , he paid at launch for. I just want to play the game, i have waited for so long. The game which i bought art book for which i can't see until i finish the game. My previous post was ignored by most here from game side or dev side. But since its a place , i am writing about whats going with me. How can some will be ignored for so long.

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

    How can you post so much text and not say explicitly what your issue is? Give some clear details so they can help you.

    @yannidepper I have written about it in the subject line itself. Its RYZEN CPUs issues, specifically mine Ryzen 7 2700X. I am in contact with them from November 2020. They have little to no help. All i have been doing is follow them so far. They can't help with their existing solutions, in short, they won't or haven't for now. I am tired anyway, not sure if they will.

    @abhi_thegamer

    I wouldn't call that a description. What happens after 5 minutes? Does it crash with / without an error message? Does it freeze? Does your PC get a BSOD?

    I'm also running a Ryzen (3800X) and my buddy is running a 2700X, neither of us are having issues. What memory are you using just out of interest? What clock speeds are they set to and are they using an XMP profile in your BIOS?

    @yannidepper After 5 minutes they crash to screen. I am not using XMP profile. The DIMMs are 2400 Mhz ones. CPU is also not Overclocked. I have no other games crash like AC Valhalla does. I haven't cranked anything since it makes it unstable to play. I hope they find some sort of solution for the same.
