Hidden One’s Codex Pages Bug

I am collecting all the Hidden One’s Codex pages and when I checked to see how many I had I saw I only had 5 while having all 6 hidden one gear (armour and dagger) I noticed I didn’t have 4 Witch is where suttungr’s claw is, I was staring at the codex page on the desk in front of the skeleton but I had no prompt to press ‘triangle’ to pick it up, I pressed it anyway but it didn’t work. I reset my game and I still couldn’t pick it up.
