I have an active support case open for this but haven't heard anything back in almost a month - case number is 13598374 - I'm hoping for a quicker response here.

After loading the game, all quests have disappeared. Progress in the game stays where it was, meaning all areas of the map explored, gear still equipped, skills and abilities still there, and I am in the same place I was when I last saved. But all active quests are gone. please help!

@guest-0siw9sef Hello there! I'm incredibly sorry to hear about this issue you've encountered in Assassin's Creed Valhalla. Thank you for sharing your case number! What quests did you have active that are now missing? Have you tried clearing your Xbox's cache to see if that helps get this corrected? You can clear your cache by unplugging your console from the wall, waiting at least two minutes, then plugging it back in again and restarting your game. I would also advise completing the other steps listed in our Xbox troubleshooting guide!

Hi there- I honestly don't remember which quests were started, it's been a month at this point, but it would have been the main quest as well as all side quests. Would have to be at least five or six.

I've tried clearing the cache and a hard reset to factory settings on the xbox itself. Not sure if you can see the chat history associated with the case number, but if you can, you could see the convo with the person i opened the case with. That person had not seen anything like the issue I encountered, and they said they were escalating the issue on their end. I haven't heard anything back, and in the mean time haven't been able to play my game for fear I'd make things worse somehow.

Any update on the case, or help you can give me would be appreciated. I invested alot of time into the game and would be heartbroken to have to start it all over.
