Both the Lunden arc trophy and the settlement level 6 trophy haven't popped after transferring save from PC to PS5

Same issue with me when transferring from PS5 to Series X. Multiple achievements not popping:

among others haven’t popped despite achieving the requirements multiple times to try and fix it. Been like this for couple of weeks now, hope this is addressed in the next patch as it’s keeping from completion
